Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, work email, company, service interest and project message. If you include a launch-planner brief, it becomes part of your enquiry. Please do not include player records, payment details, passwords or other sensitive operational information.
How enquiries are used
Enquiry information is used to review your request and respond about the products or project you describe. Where an enquiry delivery service is configured, the submitted information is passed to that service for handling by the receiving team. A submission that cannot be delivered shows an error rather than a confirmation.
If you separately choose to request product updates, that preference is included with your enquiry. You can ask to stop receiving updates through the contact route.
Your launch brief
The planner generates a brief in your browser. Downloading a brief does not require an email address. If you choose to move the brief into an enquiry, it is passed to the contact page and is submitted only when you send the form. The planner transfers your brief in the part of the contact-page address after the # symbol. The contact form reads this in your browser and removes it from the address when it loads. The address may still be retained in browser history during navigation. Older links containing a brief before the # symbol are also accepted and may send that information to the website server. Avoid putting sensitive information in a brief or sharing an address that contains one.
Your browsing and demo preferences
We remember your cookie choices in local storage for up to 180 days and your age declaration in session storage for the current tab session. These records stay in your browser and are not sent with enquiry forms. Use Cookie settings to choose Essential or Full. See the cookie policy for storage names, purposes, limits and controls.
Website operation
No analytics or advertising tracking service is currently configured by this website. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request information needed to serve pages and handle errors. This site does not operate real-money player accounts or accept deposits.
External game demos
Game demos are hosted by the provider and load only after you confirm you are 18 or over and choose to play. Both cookie choices allow requested demos. Once loaded, the provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or browser storage. Its handling of that information is separate from this website. You can browse game details without launching a demo.
Questions and requests
For a question about information you have submitted, or a request to correct or delete it, use our contact page. Include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
